The "box" chain that was described in product description is not supplied. The flimsy "snake" chain broke after wearing only two times. I called seller who said do not sell chains and that "the snake chain was much stronger". I gave it 3 stars because though the pendant is very nice and I do like it but the experience with the seller sucked after trying to contact a return on this item. So I had purchased a substantial thicker better chain but prayed that it would fit thru the (small) bale for the chain--it did.
