I just received this pendant and I couldn't be happier with it. It's just right - not huge and gaudy or so tiny you'd never see it. It also comes with a nice quality snake chain, which is great - it seems so many cute pendants these days are sold on cheap chains. I was also very impressed with the service I got from Silver Insanity - I accidentally forgot to include my apartment number on my address, and was afraid the package would never make it to me. I notified them too late (they ship *very* quickly too!), but I got a prompt reply to my email, saying they would correct the address and re-send it as soon as the USPS brought it back to them. Not only that, but they offered to send a second shipment with the correct address immediately if I needed the jewelry by a particular date (i.e. - as a gift). In the end, the USPS delivered the package without the apartment number, but I was thankful to Silver Insanity for being so eager to help correct MY mistake :-) As a final bonus, the jewelry arrives in a cute little black velvet pouch in a small box with NO wasteful packaging/extra papers/advertisements/etc. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
