I have to agree with the other 1 star on this. The heart is real small on it but that wasn't my main issue. The chain that holds it is very small and weak. In about 2 weeks it broke.
I am glad I got it when it was on sale, I wouldnt be too happy if I spent 100 on this just to have it break within 2 weeks.Get more detail about 14k Rose, Yellow, or White Gold Diamond Heart Keyhole Pendant (.04 cttw, J Color, I2 Clarity), 18".
